Jennifer Ross is the Creator and Director of Let’s Dance! She started dancing at her Grandmother's studio, in Ottawa, Canada at the age of 3. She studied Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Modern & Musical Theatre and eventually continued her studies in the Theatre-Dance program at Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada. She graduated with her Theater-Dance degree and her Childrens and Majors STC (student teaching certification) with the Royal Academy of Dance. Jennifer began her career teaching Creative Movement, Ballet, Jazz and Modern in Toronto before deciding to pursue a professional career onstage. She began performing in Dinner Theaters in Toronto and Tokyo Japan which led to featured roles on Celebrity and Holland America Cruise Lines. In addition, she performed in Reno, Lake Tahoe, Laughlin and eventually ended up settling in Las Vegas for a 10 year stretch as a Principal Dancer on the famous Las Vegas strip. Jennifer was Company Manager and Dance Captain and was thrilled to work with award winning choreographers such as Anita Mann, Cris Judd, Tiger Martina & Eddie Garcia. While working in Las Vegas, she also had the opportunity to choreograph for many charity and corporate events.   

After thoroughly enjoying every moment of her 15+ years onstage, Jennifer returned to her love of teaching dance to children of all ages. She has since been teaching for 12 years and is excited to bring her performing and teaching experience into her curriculum. Jennifer is passionate about working with children and sharing her love of dance with her students.

Jennifer lives in Winter Garden, Florida with her husband and two children.
